Return Policy
The customer has the right to withdraw from the contract and receive a full refund for the purchased products without providing any reason, within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.

Before the withdrawal period expires, the customer must inform TRMAutoTech SRL of their decision to withdraw. This can be done by:

2.1. Sending an email with the subject “Return Request” to: trmautotech@gmail.com

2.2. Providing a clear statement expressing the decision to withdraw from the contract

A model withdrawal form in accordance with Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 regarding consumer rights:

In case of withdrawal, the product must be returned after completing the notification step (point 2). Return shipping costs are borne by the customer according to the law. The customer must ensure the product is returned within 14 days from notification, otherwise the request may be considered invalid.
The returned product must be in the same condition as delivered, with all accessories, original packaging, labels, and accompanying documents. The customer is responsible for any decrease in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.

Products cannot be returned and no compensation can be requested in the following cases:

5.1. The product is not returned in its original condition with all components and documents
5.2. The product is made according to customer specifications or is clearly personalized
5.3. Used kitchen items
5.4. Products showing signs of use

If the customer withdraws, TRMAutotech SRL will refund the paid amount within 14 days from the date of being informed about the withdrawal.
For card payments, the refund will be issued to the same card used for the transaction.
If the returned product shows value depreciation (e.g. scratches),TRMAutotech SRL will inform the customer. The company reserves the right to refund only after inspecting the product and may deduct the depreciation amount if necessary.
This return policy applies only to individuals (natural persons), not to legal entities (companies).
